ALRIGHT, so here are a bunch of pictures from kayla's fourth bday party! this blogger is driving me crazy because i can't see the pictures, i can ONLY see a bunch of jibberish! so, i can't put stuff under each picture, i have NO clue which ones they are! LAME!
anyways, explaination.. real quick! i tried to make a slideshow for an hour, it didn't work. SO, sorry so many pictures.
Kayla had her first party ever! she turned 4 And wanted a Hello kitty party. I made two cakes. FOR REAL, they look and tasted professional! i only like homemade frostings, so i did two... one cake for adults with yummy cream cheese frosting with the secret ingredient.. cool whip! weird.it was good, it was a two tiered strawberry cake and was beautiful and one cake for kids which was hello kitty face with buttercream frosting... and soo darling... SO creative.. (my friends idea thanks steph!)
anyways, so, kirk did the FACE of hello kitty! he is soooo talented! in so many ways! it looks like we bought it! oh it was good! kayla goes around saying,. my dad made the cake! i was like, UMMM NO! mommy MADE THE CAKES, cut the hello kitty face out, frosted it, made the frosting, etc. dad drew on the eyes and whiskers and bow! and i decorated the other.. am i bitter!??? no, i just deserve a LITTLE credit for BAKING ALL BLOODY DAY! hahaha
anyways, she had a blast! we went to the SPLASH pad and had 8 kids come! and lots of pizza, and kayla got TONS of presents! soo much fun! these pictures are from the end to the beginning. i believe.. OH WELL! it is such a fun place! We were mostly the only people there. SO lucky! usually it is FREAKING crowded!

Looks like you had a great time - again, we wish we could have been there to celebrate with you!! :( But the cakes look AMAZING!! I can't believe you made them! Happy birthday Kayla...So Cute, I love the Hello Kitty Cake. You're girls are so lucky to have a mom like you. I can't believe Kayla is 4 already... crazy! It looks like Kayla had so much fun. I wish it was still warm enough in Idaho to wear a swimming suit. :(
