Fourth of july fun!

this year for the fourth of july, we hung out with our friends the Castillo's! We chilled at our house most the day, went swimming etc. then, headed over for some dinner! I didn't get HARDLY any pictures! naughty! I KNOW! here is the only one i got of kirk all night! so, i am posting it!>

NO! i didn't dress kayla like this. Kayla ALWAYS wants to go to the castillo's house for Eva's dressups! this dress up in particular! In fact, SHE EVEN BROUGHT HER OWN RED headband FROM HOME to match this "Cha cha" dress as she calls it! OOOH GOODNESS! Scandalous!!!.

becky got some SERIOUS fireworks. like STADIUM fireworks. and set them off in the backyard! they were crazy LOUD! and AWESOME ONES! it all got shut down when the police showed up! (it was raining, so it wasn't really that big of a threat! mostly JUST the noise was HORRIBLY LOUD!) BUT THEY WERE AWESOME!

i made a whole bunch of cupcakes for the kiddos, but, i made this one into a flag! fun! ha. lame! but, then i made an apple pie! mmm and this cinnamon bundt cake, it looks mesay, cuz i put the frosting on top just before i took this pic! mmm fun! we had tons of yummy food!

Earlier in the day, we went swimming! kayla loves to JUMP in like she knows how to swim! SHE DOESN"T!

Kirk and the girls! we had the WHOLE pool to ourselves. since it was raining! hahah

On the third. kirk took work off, and we went to see UP at the theatres DOWNtown oklahoma. it was a fun time! we ran into sonic because we had time to kill! kayla Cutie
