December fun!

So, this year we didn't go anywhere, because we did the Cullimore cruise in October! WAY FUN!. anyways, SO we basically just stayed home, made tons of goodies. went to lots of cookie parties.. and just ate! WELL I DID anyway!
SO, for Christmas eve, it was kinda lonesome... kirk waited till the last min to get our ROASTER for our turkey for christmas day turkey, and, went to 2 WalMarts (which by the way, NEVER attempt. waited for 30 min in line... and then called me freaking out saying... I can't wait any longer!) so, he left. Then went to target. it was closed by 6, and went to TWO walgreens, which didn't have them and Went to homeland which was also closed!
SO, we didn't have a roasting pan for our turkey! OH WELL! it was fine!

SO, we were out and about.. and decided to go to YAMATO's for christmas eve dinner. Yeah i was singing.. "deck the halls with bawls of HAWLEY FRA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA"
Yeah christmas story! anyways, so, it was japanese not chinese. but, it reminded me of that! how sad were we? alone on christmas eve. Our friends invited us to join them, what sweethearts.. but, we decided last min to go here... soo weird. the food WAS good though of course. It was just a different christmas eve then we have EVER had!

We had a lot of cookie parties and random parties. I swear i have made my PUMPKIN chocolate chip cookies with cream cheese frosting ooh over 30 times since october.. NOT KIDDING! holy pumpkin cookies!

Kirk and i went to an "adult" party! (no sickos... just adults were invited!)

Then kayla had a christmas program this month for her school All Saints Catholic School.. they sang it was darling!

Heather you look very pretty in all the pictures- of course the girls do too! We ate out on Christmas eve too- it was weird not being gone on a cruise! Funny we ate Japanese too and so did the family back in Utah.

Hahaha sounds like Japanese was a hit that night!!! I love it!!! Ya know just being with your family isn't so sad and lonesome all of the time. I am sure that it gets old, but I tell ya what, being smothered constantly by in-laws isn't so great either. Hahahaha and if any of them are nosy enough to come to your page and read your comments, they deserve to see what they are reading!!! I feel like Trev and I go crazy sometimes trying to put on our best face around certain people. That is why we wanted to just be with our little family that night and avoid the rest of that crap!!!
Well your pumpkin cookies with cream cheese frosting sound amazing!!! Send some my way :)
You guys look amazing!! What an absolutely adorable family!!!!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS to you!!!!! Of course have a great New Year!!!
