New Years And Christmas!

I have a lot of catching up to do! so, here is new years and christmas lumped into ONE post.BUT backwards, because i STILL haven't figured out how to post pics! OH MY!
anyways, so, new years we went to our dear friends the Castillo's house for a FABULOUS dinner, and games, etc. The girls dressed in pj's! because becky came up with the Brilliant idea of having them think it was a sleepover.. worked out wonderfully! the kids went to sleep, and PEACE was on EARTH! and we hung out, played games, and had a good new year. we missed the ball dropping, three times because we were doing other things. SO we stayed there till about 3:30 am or 4. trying to catch every different time zone ball dropping! haha! it was way fun!

The girls started exercising with mommy! They are soo funny! i told kayla socks don't go with that outfit she decided they do! whatever!

Cute girls in their cute dresses!

Kapri learned to walk! walking to kayla! SOO DARN CUTE!

Aunt Tami made these amazing capes for the girls! They flew around all christmas and just loved their capes! SUCH a cute idea! SOo darling!!! Thanks tami and jason!

We hung around all day, played, cleaned up (first thing is first, according to kirk) and, then i made a christmas feast with a turkey and everything,.. yes leftovers for days... Great for the LBS! and, it was a nice relaxing fun day! Merry christmas!

Santa only seemed to give a couple gifts this year.. which was good, usually i go all crazy and this year, we were more conservative! thanks to gparents for giving so many wonderful gifts! we can ALWAYS count on that! thank goodness! but, they did want from santa one consistent thing... cupcake maker. SO santa got that. ALso, my dear friend stephanie moved and she gave us their cool art board her husband made.. kayla says," that looks like julie's!" i said, NO! santa brought it.
she says, but there are the same marks on it as julie's! (oops i forgot to paint it) i say, Gee, they must have the same thing! (nice mom, good thing they are young!)can't get away with that too much longer!
all and all it was a fabulous christmas! thanks to all our family and friends for making it fantastic!

You guys have made so many friends out there-- it must be nice for holidays and events. Looks like they had a pretty good Christmas... I really don't think when they are that young they even notice how much Santa gives them so all the more reason to not do too much... although it looks like they got plenty.
